What’s your change, cancellation, and no-show policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. No-shows may result in a fee.
Are there group sessions?
Most sessions are private, but group bookings may be available upon request.
Is The Healing Bush a members-only center?
No, both members and non-members are welcome.
Can I show up without an appointment?
We recommend booking in advance, we do not serve walk ins
Do you have showers available?
Yes, showers are available for use after treatments.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Depends on the service: Infrared sauna: Light clothing or a towel Ice bath: Swimsuit Lymphatic drainage or Indiba: Comfortable, loose clothing
How long will my appointment be?
Most treatments last 30-60 minutes.
Are children allowed?
Only for certain therapies and with parental supervision.
