Package Validity
All packages must be used within 4 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will expire and cannot be extended.
Booking & Cancellation
Sessions are by appointment only and must be booked in advance.
If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee may be incurred, or the session may be forfeited.
No-shows will result in the session being deducted from the package.
Non-Refundable Policy
All purchases, including single sessions and packages, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Session Validity & Rescheduling
Sessions must be used within the allocated duration.
Rescheduling is allowed once per session, if session is not booked thru the app provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

Family Sharing Policy
Packages may be shared, but only with immediate family members (spouse, parents, and children).
The primary account holder must inform The Healing Bush in advance about authorized family members using the package.
Medical Disclaimer & Client Responsibility
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns before treatments.
The Healing Bush is not liable for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions.
Services are not a substitute for medical treatment. Clients should consult a healthcare professional if they have concerns.

Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation, with no refund or reschedule.
Hygiene & Conduct
Clients must follow hygiene protocols and respect the facility, staff, and other clients.
Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services with no refund.
Service Limitations & Changes
The Healing Bush reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace services at any time with prior notice.
Prices and promotions are subject to change.

Liability Waiver
By booking a session, the client acknowledges that they participate at their own risk and waive any claims against The Healing Bush for injuries, allergic reactions, or unintended effects.
